Terms and Conditions for the Affiliate Program of the Crowdfunding Project "Locker Setups in Dubai"
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern participation in the affiliate program of the crowdfunding project "Locker Setups in Dubai" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The affiliate program provides affiliates with the opportunity to refer investors and earn a commission on the investments they make.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Requirements: Eligible to participate are natural persons and companies who want to attract new investors for the project via an affiliate link.
2.2 Registration: Affiliates must register through the platform and receive the individual affiliate link. Approval from the provider may be required.
3. How the Affiliate Program Works
3.1 Affiliate Link: After registration, affiliates will receive an individual affiliate link that they can share with potential investors.
3.2 Referral Commission: Affiliates will receive a commission in the total amount of 18% on 3 levels of the invested sum for each new investor who successfully participates in the project via the affiliate link.

2.Level – 6% (Indirect Investor)
3.Level – 3% (In-Indirect Investor)
3.3 Tracking: Investor referral is tracked via cookies that are set when the affiliate link is clicked. The cookie's validity period is [e.g. 30 days].
4. Commission and Payout
4.1 Commission Amount: Affiliates receive 9% of the invested sum of a new investor who invested through their affiliate link, 6% from Indirect Investors & 3% from Indirect Investors. Example: For an investment of USD 1,000 by the referred investor in 1 level, the affiliate will receive a commission of USD 90.
4.2 Payout: The commission will be paid within [e.g. 30 days] after the successful investment of the referred investor and the minimum funding goal has been reached.
4.3 Minimum Amount: A payout will not be made until the Affiliate has earned at least [e.g. USD100] in commissions.
4.4 Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawal will be made by bank transfer or other available payment methods offered on the Platform.
5. Obligations of Affiliates
5.1 Compliance with Guidelines: Affiliates are required to distribute the Affiliate Link lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Prohibition of spam: It is prohibited to distribute the affiliate link in the form of spam or unsolicited advertising.
5.3 Transparency: Affiliates must ensure that they clearly state in their promotional efforts that they will receive commissions through the affiliate link.
6. Termination and Exclusion
6.1 Termination of the Program: The Provider reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program at any time and without notice.
6.2 Exclusion of Affiliates: Vendor may, in its sole discretion, exclude Affiliates who violate these Terms or applicable law from the Program. In this case, the entitlement to unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
7. Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
7.2 Loss of Commissions: In the event of misuse of the Affiliate Program or unjustified use of the Affiliate Link, the Affiliate will lose its right to commissions.
8. Data protection
The personal data collected within the framework of the Affiliate Program will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. More information on this can be found in the provider's privacy policy.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Affiliate Link after the changes have been announced will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
10. Choice of Law and Place of Jurisdiction
10.1 Choice of Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
10.2 Jurisdiction: The exclusive venue for all disputes relating to the Affiliate Program shall be Dubai, UAE.
